To execute the sign for TURTLE, place your dominant hand in an “A” handshape with your palm facing the side. Place your non-dominant hand over the “A”. The thumb on your dominant hand represents the head of a turtle and the non-dominant hand represents the shell on the turtle’s back as shown in the illustration.
